Our approach

Surge Climate Talent (SCT) was established to empower the people and organizations championing the global energy transition. Acting as a talent lab, SCT identifies and amplifies the most effective strategies to drive this transition forward.

With a commitment to addressing the talent needs of a just energy transition and the belief that everyone has a role in tackling the climate crisis, SCT operates across three core pillars.

  • The Goal | Ensure organizations have the talent to scale to their impact goals

How we do it | Providing opportunities for emerging and/or skilled professionals to enter the climate/energy transition sector and contribute their talent towards helping nonprofits scale and accelerate their impact.
